Once any digital file has been accessed or downloaded, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed. Please ensure all product details meet your expectations before purchasing.

Subscriptions
All subscriptions (including on-demand music streaming and membership access) are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing period.

All music licensing purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Be sure to read the full licensing terms and usage rights before completing your purchase.

Merchandise (Physical Products)
We gladly accept returns and provide refunds for physical merchandise within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description.
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.

Any product marked as final sale or labeled as non-refundable in the product description is not eligible for return or refund.

Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
If you made a purchase through a third-party platform (e.g., Bandcamp, iTunes, Amazon, etc.), please refer to that platform’s refund policy.
ProTraxx Records does not accept returns or process refunds for purchases made outside of our official website.
