Here at ProTraxx, we care about who & what you care about. This includes your pets! ProTraxx Records cares about your pets so much, that we started this ProTraxx Pets program to help you care for your pet! Pets sometimes get out and need more help than a traditional tag to get back home. One of the ProTraxx pets programs, "ProTraxx Lost Pets" is designed to help make giving your pets information easy. Your information is kept secure & private.
ProTraxx Lost Pets
To create a ProTraxx lost pets account, please contact Customer Support through our built in web chat! Through the chat we will give you the additional instructions and information on how to set up your account, what your tag will look like, and how to purchase your tag. DO NOT purchase the tag before contacting customer service as doing so will not allow you to have your personal tag.

We use QR Codes to make locating your pet easier!

Did you Find a pet? Simply scan the QR Code located on the back of the tag, and following the instructions to report the pet missing. The pet's family will be notified. If you are unable to keep the pet until the family can pick it up, please take it to a local vet or humane society and show them these directions.

After reporting the pet missing, one of our Customer Support Specialists will help ensure the owners are aware that their pet has been found, though the owners are notified immediately. Keep in mind that this is a free service and response times will vary.
